Stacy is a credentialed Executive Coach, former Co-founder and CEO of Metropolitan Research Associates, a Pharma Advisory Firm. Stacy has over 25 years experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Business Consulting across a variety of industries and non-profits. Her mission is to support and further elevate women in the C-Suite and Founders of fast growing companies and guide them towards achieving their goals of creating dynamic and successful teams while driving revenue. The objective is the creation of a healthy company culture so that everyone is prepared for and excited about career and business growth.

Flatiron Works’ philosophy is that Executive Coaching, coupled with Consulting, is a collaborative, results-oriented process designed to enhance an individual’s leadership skills, solidify their core values to gain more self awareness, and clarify goals to achieve their vision for the company. The process fosters a conducive learning environment encouraging Executives and Founders to challenge their assumptions, explore new ideas, and take effective actions.

You Are A Potent Force

In a rapidly evolving business landscape, potent forces stand out: the seasoned executive vying for the CSuite, CSuite executive transitioning to entrepreneurship, and the Startup founder preparing for the CEO role. All of them embody unmatched potential and deserve tailored guidance for their unique journey.

My experience spans from partnering with talented founders who identify market gaps to collaborating with executives eager to transition to the CSuite, and those seeking next steps from their corporate positions and harnessing their skills for entrepreneurship.

However, the journey to success is paved with inevitable challenges. One persistent hurdle? Bridging the mindset of a CEO to that of a Founder.

For the CSuite executive eager to venture into entrepreneurship or the Senior VP aspiring to the CEO position, this mental transition is paramount.

What does it mean to prepare for these transitions?

  • Exploring the new leadership mindset and vision

  • Proactively seeking the right questions, rather than just answers

  • Connecting with pivotal resources

  • Prioritizing outcomes aligned with yours and your company’s core mission

  • Cultivating unwavering confidence in every decision
